With over a decade of fundraising experience, Michael Gula is the co-founder of Gula Graham formed in January of 2009. Previously, Mr. Gula was the founder and president of Mike Gula & Associates. Mr. Gula is also the co-founder of Prime Advocacy, a leading Washington, D.C. fly-in consulting firm, which specializes in event management, scheduling Congressional appointments and trip logistics for leading associations and corporations.

Jonathan Graham is the co-founder of Gula Graham formed in January of 2009. Mr. Graham is one of the co-founders of Prime Advocacy, a leading Washington, D.C. fly-in consulting firm.
Mr. Graham has extensive experience in major event fundraising, individual fundraising, direct mail fundraising and Federal Elections Commission (FEC) compliance. Prior to joining Mike Gula & Associates in 2006 as Vice President he served as the Finance Director for Congressman Chris Chocola’s (R-IN) for the 2004 and 2006 election cycle.
Brittany Consolo joined Gula Graham in January 2017 after proudly representing her home state on Capitol Hill in the office of Congressman Rodney Davis (R-IL) and later in the office of Congressman Robert Dold (R-IL).
Ms. Consolo hails from Wilmette, IL and graduated from Furman University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Science and History.
Ben joined Gula Graham as Vice President in January 2019, bringing with him years of experience both in the field and on Capitol Hill.
He previously served as Chief of Staff to Congresswoman Jackie Walorski (R-IN), a member of the House Ways and Means Committee. Ben oversaw the Congresswoman's official and political operations, including all fundraising.
Margaret Hardin joined Gula Graham in the role of Director of Operations in January 2017 after internships in the offices of Congressman Barry Loudermilk and Senator David Perdue.
Ms. Hardin was raised in Woodstock, GA and graduated with honors from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs.
Dillon McGregor joined Gula Graham in January 2019 after working on Mike Braun’s Senate campaign in Indiana. Dillon previously worked for the Tennessee House Republican Caucus.
A native of Chattanooga, TN, Dillon graduated as a University Fellow from Samford University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Madison Meyer joined Gula Graham in January 2019 after fundraising in her home state of Missouri. Madison proudly worked with Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) and Congresswoman Ann Wagner (R-MO02), among other statewide elected officials. Before entering the fundraising world, Madison worked as a public accountant for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Mrs. Meyer, a native of St. Louis, MO, graduated with honors from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy and Southeast Missouri State University with Master of Business Administration.
Zachary Rutherford joined Gula Graham in January 2019 after serving as political director for Congresswoman Barbara Comstock (R-VA). Previously, Mr. Rutherford served in his home state doing district outreach for Congressman Mark Sanford (R-SC01).
A native of Charleston, South Carolina, Mr. Rutherford graduated from The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina with a degree in Business Administration.
